Appointment FAQ
How do I book an appointment?
Once you have looked over the services and understand what you need/want, click the link to book online. I will be in contact via text or call
How long do I have to wait to get an appointment?
It could take 1-2 weeks to get an appointment but sooner may be available.
What if I had a tough day and don't want to talk during my appointment?
I am fully comfortable with a silent appointment. This is your appointment, so if you'd like to just relax and enjoy your thoughts just say the word.
What if I am unhappy with the service I received?
I will always check in with you about how you like the finished result, please be honest with me during this time as I only want you to be happy. If you get home and decide it's not quite right, please reach out to me within 3 days of your appointment for a complimentary adjustment. If it is after this time period there will be a charge.
What if I don't hear from you?
I respond to EVERY ONE of my inquiries. If you don't see an email, check your spam. If you don't get a text, check to make sure you submitted the right number.
What is the parking situation?
There is off street parking right in the front of the salon. We also have a parking lot in the back. You will have to go up stairs to get to the salon.
Hair Color FAQ
Is it true I should come with dirty hair?
This is a myth! Please come with clean dry hair. No root touch powders or spray, these will make it harder for the color to penetrate your hair follicle. Try to wash your hair the day before your appointment.
What color line do you use?
I use Pravana for my permanent color, Joico for my color glosses and toners, and schwarzkopf for my lighteners. Enjoy for styling products, shampoos, and conditioners.
How long will my appointment take?
Anywhere from 1.5hrs-3hrs it depends on what services you are getting. I will have a better estimate once I know what to schedule you for.
Am I able to get 100% grey coverage?
Yes! You will have full rich permanent grey coverage that leaves your hair shiny.

My hair is too short. Can I make it longer?

How often should I come in?
Extensions should be moved up every 6–8 weeks to ensure that your scalp is safe and cared for, and that your hair looks its best.
My hair is thin. What can I do?
Thinner hair can stem from different causes. Whether it's new for you or a long battle, extensions can help. There are even more options available to make the right pairing for you. Will hair extensions damage my hair/scalp?
I understand the fear. I will tell you personally that your scalp health and hair health are the #1 priority for me. I've made it my mission to deliver an extension experience that delivers comfortable, seamless, safe results. every. single. time.
Will people be able to tell I have extensions? Will they be able to see them?
Overall, no. I don't do anything that isn't perfectly blended. I like to use different colors (custom to your color needs) to make sure we have the most realistic results that you can feel confident with. I promise you will not end up on the instagram page 'is this your client'
